Malcolm Bohm is a recognized expert in Life Sciences. In the industry since 1993, Malcolm served in increasingly senior positions at major pharmaceutical companies including Astra, Pfizer, and Novartis. In 2005 Malcolm established a successful US affiliate for biotech firm, Aspreva Pharmaceuticals. In 2006 he created Trialytics, an industry leading software solution leveraging electronic healthcare data to redefine clinical R&D strategies eventually selling the company to SDI Health Inc. Malcolm was educated in Great Britain and achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and a Master of Medical Sciences degree in Renal Physiology and Pharmacology along with advanced training in analytical data modeling.

Ozzie Diaz has amassed his senior executive experience across the Mobile & Wireless, Fortune 100, Service Provider, HealthIT, Smart Grid, and Security industries. Ozzie has led the technology and product strategy of cloud-based solutions in a number of CTO roles. Ozzie has over 25-years career experience with both Fortune 100 companies and early stage venture-backed companies. Ozzie was Chief Technology Officer of People Power Co., an energy management services company, President & CEO of AirPatrol, a wireless security company, and led the Mobile & Wireless strategy and execution as the Mobility CTO in HP's Office of Strategy & Technology. Ozzie has deep technology strategy experience from a number of venture-funded companies including Firetide, AirFlow Networks and Bivio Networks where he was a co-founder or senior management team member building mobile and security solutions for Enterprise, Service Provider and vertical markets.

Jack brings 40 years of deep life science sales and marketing experience to LiquidGrids. This includes 28 years at Eli Lilly with senior roles in the US and abroad plus 10 years of management roles several biotech companies, including CEO of InJet Digital Aerosols. Jack joined us from Brinson Patrick Securities, an investment-banking firm where he was SVP and remains as an advisor. Jack is active in the Life Science community with CONNECT, SDVG, and BayBio as well as on the boards of BIOCOM, Amplyx Pharmaceuticals, Iyia Technologies and San Diego Tech Coast Angels. Jack has a degree in Pharmacy from Columbia University and and MBA from NYU.

Andrew Ruff brings a wealth of managerial accounting experience to LiquidGrids. With experience as a Principal of TGG Accounting, Chief Executive Officer at The Garrett Group and Controller in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Ruff leads LiquidGrids non-core business functions including accounting, human resources, compliance, risk mitigation and facilities. The integration of key performance metrics and financial reporting within all of LiquidGrids operations is Mr. Ruff’s primary focus of effort. Mr. Ruff has led multiple companies through successful start-ups, capital raises, operating cycles and exits. Mr. Ruff’s academic background includes a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, where he graduated as the Brigade Executive Officer.
